There are many more lighthouses in Iceland, but in our short visit we only saw these two close enough to photograph.

Malarrrif  Lighthouse sits on the south edge of the Snaefellsnes Peninsula at the edge of a lava field just below the Snaefellsjokull volcano -- where Jules Verns' journey to the center of the earth began.
